Participate in our Annual Chemo Bag Awareness Fundraiser and help make a difference in the lives of children battling cancer.
Each September we kick off our chemo bag awareness fundraiser to spread awareness about childhood cancer while raising support for the families in the battle. We use chemotherapy bags for this two-fold mission.
The bags are actual chemotherapy bags that would typically distribute chemo to a child. This bag causes anxiety and fear as it delivers medications, that although necessary,will cause the child to be ill and suffer greatly. We want to use this same bag and help transform it from a bag of fear and pain to a bag of blessing!
Please join us and request your chemo bags for your school, church, club, office, home, neighborhood. We will send you all the bags you need to host this fundraiser. Each bag contains directions on what to do and information about childhood cancer. While you have it, the bag will serve as a reminder to pray for the children battling cancer. You will spend the month of September (or whatever selected time frame) filling the bag with your spare change at the end of each day. At the end of the month we will collect all the bags and you wil have made a huge impact on helping us reach our mission to raise awareness while raising support.
Every penny (100%) of the chemo bag funds goes DIRECTLY to assist children battling cancer.

Did You Know???
Did you know as early as 40 years ago many caregivers advised the parents of children battling cancer to not discuss the child’s cancer with anyone outside the family?
Thankfully, due to the efforts of many great organizations and the advances in research, families no longer have to hide and struggle alone as they face the daily battle of having a child who has cancer.
However, there are still large gaps of awareness and understanding within the community of the devastating effects a childhood cancer diagnosis has on the entire family. That gap is deeply felt by the families through loneliness, isolation and financial pressures. It is our goal at CBC to bridge those gaps by bringing the community alongside the families to encourage and support them.
CBC will focus on bringing direct support to these families during their battle. Find out how you can get involved with CBC and make sure families battling cancer do not have to face the battle alone.
"Already and Angel"
The beautiful single 'Already and Angel' is now available! We are excited to be able to share this amazing song with all of you. This song was written by songwriter Kristi Huddleston especially for a 9 year old cancer warrior that crossed her path and touched her heart, but it is now dedicated to all children battling cancer.
'Already and Angel' was recorded by singer Ria, debuted at the Music 4 Miracles Childhood Cancer Benefit Concert, and is now being released to the public! We encourage everyone to order one of these CD's for yourself and to consider ordering one for a family battling childhood cancer. We will make sure they are given to a family and personalized from you!
CD's are available for a $10.00 donation and all the proceeds will go directly to a child battling cancer.
